POSITION PURPOSE
Working with 2 other team members and some project managers, the main responsibilities of the manager are :
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the finance teams, act as a partner with finance leaders.
- Manage the relevant applications with the associated outsourced services (incident resolution, backlog of enhancements, …)
- Ensure the delivery of on-going projects with dedicated project teams
- Define the roadmap of IT systems and manage to get ready to start project from a governance and organization point of view.
- Ensure the quality and the full availability of the applications within compliance requirements (SOX/ISA)
- Collaborate across multiple IT teams : ERP's, MDM, BI, Corporate and Local applications.
POSITION DUTIES
• Define and review the IT roadmap for relevant applications
• Organize regular operational meetings with Business owners to get requirements, to follow-up and share progress on enhancements (backlog management) and issues (incident management)
• Organize workshop for business requirements gathering
• Attend client and partners advisory boards to keep himself/herself up-to-date in terms of functionalities
• Share feedbacks and propose new functionalities to the business
• Manage the virtual team (employee, contractors, outsourced services) to deliver key user support and agreed enhancements
• Manage vendor relationship around Reporting and consolidation domains
• Act as an expert to validate the technical solution
• Contribute to the projects related to the domain
• Ensure the delivery of the projects in that domain
• Ensure the availability of the platform in coordination with the technical teams
• Work as Level 3 for Incident and problem management
• Ensure the compliance with internal control
• Propose continuous improvement on the domain (on the processes, tools used, …) and organize the delivery of it once approved
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications (Educational/Professional): Master degree on IT / Finance area
Knowledge/Skills:
• Strong background on IT/ Finance
• Good understanding on architecture aspects of applications (data architecture, data modelling, …)
• Good capacity to work with virtual / remote teams
• Good communication skills
• Good understanding of compliance processes (SOX/ISA)
• Fluent in English
• Strong organization skills
Experience:
• 10 years' experience with Team management on Finance or IT Domains
• 5 years' experience on IT Projects (IT Project Manager of Business Project manager)
