Mission
Customer' strategic programme coinsists in implementing a single ERP solution based on Oracle ERP Cloud, replacing different ERPs currently in use across its various geographic business units.  Oracle Cloud is now live across a number of different business units and the programme is about to enter a new phase which will see Oracle Cloud go live across some of the largest and strategically important business units. 

Customer is seeking to strengthen the Governance team and is looking to onboard an Internal Project Manager, responsible for the Procurement module deliverables.

The main role of the ERP Cloud Project Manager Procurement will be ensure that the Procurements stream deliver their parts of the project on time and according to agreed scope and quality. This will include, but not be limited to:

- Identifying and elaborating the key scope and goals for the stream.
- Planning and documenting the tasks, assuring that internal plans are and remain aligned with the Programme Master Plan and that the necessary internal resources are assigned and committed.
- To work closely with their counterpart in the Integrator team ensuring the agreed plan is followed. Integrator is delivering on a fixed price delivery model
- In coordination with the project PMO, putting in place a communications plan with key stakeholders and resources.
- Identifying and removing risks and blockers, managing any issues that arise and escalating to the PMO/ Programme Governance as required.
- Ensure that the business, integration and other teams involved in the project phases have clear visibility and understanding on what they must do, setting the pace for these teams, following up and escalating as necessary to ensure that the teams deliver as per plan and required quality.
- Work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that both the internal and external teams are meeting their obligations under the contract.
- Managing the internal review and acceptance process of all external deliverables (Integrator or otherwise), verifying that the deliverable meets the minimum level of acceptability and that the review, feedback and acceptance occurs within the agreed timeframes.
- To limit the scope of changes by the business and to manage the change management process for the stream in the case where a change is considered unavoidable.
- Establishing KPIs for the stream and providing regular reporting to both the team and the PMO, anticipating and alerting the Governance team on any likely risk of deviation.
- Ensure all project stream documentation is organized, manage the internal comms plan setting out necessary standards and requirements e.g. MOMs.  
- Support the project team to facilitate and moderate sessions (meetings, workshops etc) comprising people having different backgrounds, cultures and native languages.

Must have: 
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication.  
• Good functional knowledge of the procurement and projects domains.
• Mastery of tools and software dedicated to project management e.g. MS Project
• PMP or equivalent qualification.
• demonstratable ability to listen and respond effectively to the needs of the Program Governance team and demonstrate initiative and anticipation skills (e.g., significant experience in interacting with the business functions such as Finance, Purchasing and Engineering departments as part of a PM or similar role)
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to drive people to make timely and appropriate decisions.
• Paris based or ability to work from Paris office (the role will be based in the Paris office (Nanterre) based with some remote working acceptable (2-3 days per week depending on program needs))

Nice to have: 
• ERP Oracle Cloud experience
• Experience in ERP solutions for construction & engineering companies.
• French Speaking & writing
• PowerBi skills

Work experience: 
At least 10 years' experience in delivering large, global, ERP projects against a fixed price.

Minimum education level: 
Degree in an IT, Engineering or other relevant subject.
