ESG Subject Matter Expert role is to act as a transversal coordinator between ESG Program team, Procurement and all IIT counterparts involved with services in line for carbon optimization
Role would typically include:
- Establish assessment approach to support “Net Zero Carbon ratio†KPI established around IT data centers
- From this situation, design transition plan toward Net Zero Carbon Data centers objective
- Support the collection of IT direct carbon impact, ensuring their aggregation into ESG reporting framework
- Act as a key point of contact and advisor for Global Sourcing and Procurement to inventory all significant IT indirect emissions
- Act as IIT Subject Matter Expert to support the discussions with all external partners selected for ESG assessment and optimization.
- Support the definition and implementation of standards and best practices to set the objectives and handle the transition toward IT sustainable and low impact infrastructures and services
- Support IT campaigns for ESG indicators collection and consolidation, objective settings and ESG scorecard publication for internal and external disclosure.
- Organize IT ESG KPIs measurement and transition in Project mode, setting key deliverables and milestones and tracking the delivery
- Secure auditability and traceability of IT ESG KPI
- Project management and Operational Reporting including management escalation on issues and risks
- Project PMO and Operational & Financial Reporting including management escalation on issues and risk
Profile:
Must have:
o 5 years of professional experience in IT organizations including 2+ years of experience on IT sustainability aspects
o Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interfaces & deal with IT and Business resources in international context
o Vendors management experience
o Experience dealing with Senior IT and Business stakeholders
o Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
o Demonstrated experience on IT projects involving multiple disciplines and technologies
o Demonstrated experience on IT projects involving complex Data Architecture modelling
o Customer oriented, quality minded and proactive approach on all issues
o Proven analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
o Team player and process-oriented spirit
Nice to have:
o IT Infrastructures project experience
o ESG platform / Green IT project experience and/or certification
o ESG International Frameworks experience
o Demonstrated experience driving Solutions and Implementation Partners selection RFP
o Technical delivery background on Business Intelligence constructions
o IT project management skills & experience involving global teams and various technologies on both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
o Technology enthusiasm, quick learner
o ITIL v3 processes certification or seasoned experience
o Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
Work experience: +5 years
Minimum education level: Master's degree Computer Science, Telecommunication or scientific related field
