Customer is looking for an ERP Consultant for this job scope :
The Data Reconciliation Consultant will be expected to undertake a diverse range of tasks.  These may include, but are not limited to:
1)	Input Collection:
	Obtain the required inputs/documentation from different teams to complete the readiness steps for data reconciliation.
2)	Documentation Preparation and Organization:
        Prepare and organize the required documentation and folders for the execution of data reconciliation tasks at each phase.
3)	Data Reconciliation
        Perform a ‘first-pass’ data reconciliation ahead of the business stakeholders as part of preliminary data quality check
4)	Checklist Management:
•	Enhance the checklist as necessary prior to each reconciliation phase, ensuring completeness of this tool based on knowledge transfer (KT) and relevant information obtained from the data reconciliation team
•	During the reconciliation phases, follow up and report on the data reconciliation checklist until completion.
5)	Meeting Coordination:
•	Schedule and enable data reconciliation meetings with defined stakeholders.
•	Coordinate with and educate business stakeholders on data reconciliation activities
•	Produce comprehensive Minutes of Meetings
6)	Documentation Review:
•	Review data reconciliation documentation quality based on specific guidelines provided.
7)	Report Preparation:
•	Prepare the data reconciliation final report based on specific guidelines provided.
8)	Status Tracking and Reporting:
•	Maintain the required documentation for the organization and follow-up of the status of the above scopes.
•	Report the status of activities in an organized manner.
9)	Communication Management:
•	Establish clear communication channels with all stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate information exchange.
Profile:
Must have: 
•	Functional experience on ERP modules (PPM/Finance) preferable Oracle
•	English: Excellent written and verbal communication.  French would be a bonus but not a prerequisite
•	Strong organizational skills
•	Attention to detail and accuracy
•	Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for documentation purposes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•	Ability to navigate and manage documents within SharePoint
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•	Ability to identify and resolve issues independently
•	Knowledge of data reconciliation techniques and best practices.
Nice to have: 
•	Familiarity with data management and data quality principles
•	Knowledge of Power Query, VBA, etc for data processing during reconciliation
Work experience: 
•	5-10 years of Data Migration work experiences
•	Functional experience as consultant on relevant ERP modules
