Lead HR related functional areas of the Oracle ERP Cloud implementation
Customer is executing a project to move from his ERP to Oracle ERP Cloud.
Customer is currently finalizing the design and we'll start soon the build phase
The scope of the Project functional HR domain leader role is to:
· Coordinate activities, meetings, workshops and be the representative of IT for the functional domain of responsibility
· Use business and functional expertise to help finalizing the solutions and interface design.
· Supervise integrator activities for the Build phase, configuration, interfaces, reporting and testing
· Contribute to the Test scenarios and test script creation and validation
· Contribute to data migration activities supporting business on data-migration reconciliation, transcodification and mappings validation
· To provide guidance to the business on how to handle certain parts of the project, Build, Testing, data-migration
· Ensure that there is a good communication between IT representatives and the business
· Ensure that the business resources involved on the project phases have clear visibility and understanding on what they must do or will have to do
· To have a close relationship with the business and IT people involved on the project
· To escalate potential situations to the project committee
· To set the appropriate meetings, workshops, with the stakeholders from business and IT
· To take initiatives, communicate and escalate if it is identified that something is wrong
· To ensure that the business takes ownership of the project.
· To provide guidance to the business on how to handle certain parts of the project.
· Moderate and animate sessions with people having different backgrounds, different cultures, different native languages
· Support Business during Cut-Over, Go Live and Hypercare activities
Must have:
Good experience with Oracle ERP implementations EBS or Cloud
Good functional skill in the following Oracle ERP Modules : Human Resources, Payroll Absence Management and OTL (by project)
Business expertise in Human Resources and Payroll
Ability to drive people to decision without having a managerial position
English : Excellent written and verbal communication
Must be able to travel
Nice to have:
ERP Oracle Cloud experience
Italian, French speaking & writing
Work experience:
More than 7 years ERP Implementation and Oracle eBusiness Suite / Oracle ERP Cloud
