Notre client recherche un Technical Lead with LARAVEL experience avec anglais courant et avec une expérience confirmée sur LARAVEL
De préférence l'intervenant sera basé sur Paris.
Cette offre peut convenir à un très bon candidat basé en europe avec full remote envisageable.
Nous étudions uniquement les candidatures qui nous parviennent avec un mini argumentaire circonstancié, mettant en évidence en quoi le cv correspond à l'offre (de préférence redigé sous forme très simple, sous forme d'une liste de 4 ou 5 points clefs et concrets, en rapport avec l'offre).
Technical Debt Reduction:
- Refactor and improve existing codebase
- Redesign and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure code quality (reviews, standards, testing)
- Upgrade technical stack (frameworks, dependencies)
Development & Integration:
- Deliver new features, including SSO integration
- Contribute to product enhancements and bug fixing
Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Support the migration to the cloud (Azure experience is a plus)
Coaching & Knowledge Transfer:
- Mentor and support other developers
- Capture knowledge from the original product creator (non-developer profile)
- Document and share best practices
Profil du candidat
- Strong experience in software development with LARAVEL
- Experience on technical debt reduction
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Experience in cloud migration (Azure would be an asset)
- Excellent soft skills: communication, pedagogy, collaboration
- Ability to quickly ramp up on an existing product and ensure knowledge transfer
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, autonomous and team player
