Nous recherchons pour notre client grand compte un Solution Architect.
Job purpose:
The Solution Architect will provide dedicated support for a specific business domain or a product, within our client, ensuring alignment between enterprise architecture principles, and product delivery. This role will act as a bridge between business needs and digital platforms, defining solution’s architecture and driving coherence, innovation, and operational efficiency within the product's lifecycle.
The solution architect will work closely with product teams, platform architects, enterprise architecture and other stakeholders to enable successful execution of the client Digital Acceleration Plan.
Job scope :
Our client has been digitalizing for several years, has many building blocks to derive value from the Digital in the broadest sense and wishes to accelerate its digitalization by capitalizing on what has been done so far, setting an ambitious course for the next 5 years to better serve its customers, anticipate their needs and gain substantially in efficiency while taking advantage of new technologies.
An evolution in the operating model has been performed recently, creating 1 new CDIO role (Management of Digital and Information Technology). CDIO launched a Digital Acceleration Plan. Phase 1 of the plan has been delivered, defining ambition of the Digital acceleration plan in terms of technology and expected business outcomes.
Phase 2 is ongoing and includes the implementation of a new Product / Platform operating model. During this phase many initaitives are launched to build new products on our client segments “Project Delivery” as well as “Technology, Products Services”.
Solution Architects are key members of this new Enterprise Architecture team & are dediated to support Product teams, with 5 Key Responsibilities :
1. Business-Technology Alignment
• Engage with Product teams to understand product requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Translate business needs into a solution design that fit within our client's enterprise architecture framework (Architecture Documents , HLDs & LLDs) .
• Act as a consultant to guide business transformation initiatives and ensure architecture decisions enable business agility and innovation.
2. Solution Architecture Design and Delivery
• Develop and maintain the current and future state architecture of the assigned product.
• Provide solution blueprints and technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards (e.g., TOGAF).
• Ensure data continuity between the products in his scope and other products
• Prepare environments and the development cycle for the solution
• Produces architecture deliverables to validate technical Gates
• Define and Control execution of solution’s technical KPIs
• Support agile delivery by guiding development teams in implementing scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
3. Governance and Standards Management
• Collaborate with the Digiteam Design Authority & Enterprise Architecture team to ensure product compliance with our client architectural principles.
• Proactively identify technical debt within the product and propose strategies for its resolution.
• Contribute to the creation and promotion of reference architectures and solution patterns.
4. Collaboration and Enablement
• Participates in estimating the budget
• Facilitate collaboration between platform architects, cybersecurity teams, and data governance leads to ensure end-to-end solution integration.
• Depending on experience, mentor and coach other architects within the business domain or product on best practices for solution architecture.
• Foster alignment between product and platform roadmaps to maximize cross-functional synergies.
5. Emerging Technologies and Innovation
• Conduct technology assessments and provide recommendations for emerging solutions that support the product's evolution.
• Monitor trends in the industry and leverage innovative technologies to address specific product challenges, such as improving scalability, sustainability, and user experience.
Profile :
Must have:
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum of 7-10 years in solution architecture roles, including experience in product/platform operating models.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations, balance priorities, and deliver within tight timelines.
• Proficiency in modern integration approaches (e.g., APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies).
Nice to have:
• TOGAF Certification.
• Familiarity with AI/ML architectures and their business applications.
• Experience in managing or contributing to Digital Acceleration Plans in complex organizations.
